At Build Infinity, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable ordering experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be canceled and the process to do so.
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@buildfinity.in with your order ID.
If the cancellation is approved, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 4 business days.
Once an order has been processed for delivery or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you may follow our Refund Policy to return the product after delivery if eligible.
Certain products cannot be canceled once ordered:
Custom-made or personalized items
Items that have already been shipped
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your payment provider, typically [X] business days.
